Jessica was an absolute star in the process of selling my property. Due to unfortunate timing, I had to sell a property at one of the worst markets in the last 40 years but Jessica was incredibly competent, responsive, fantastic, and truly went above and beyond. She anticipated questions, sent extremely thorough information and research, looked into out-of-the-box solutions, and also fielded issues before they even got to me, so that when I was presented with them she already had solutions lined up. We got a deal we were all happy with in the end and closing went incredibly smooth. She also had great advice for navigating the market, and despite the fact that we could not put the property up for sale for a year due to estate/legal issues, she was still giving it her all and sending me information and helping me set up the property to prepare it to sell throughout this time. I would hire her for absolutely anything, but of course her specialty is in the real estate market! Jessica is an undeniable pro and I can't believe the amount of hours she put in for the sale process of this property. She knew all the right referrals and streamlined every possible process to an incredible degree. This was a very stressful time in my life, but I know for a fact that it would have been 10x worse without them removing every obstacle and roadblock for me! I kept telling my friends and family how much I appreciated Jessica and all she was doing for me. If you are looking for a realtor to buy or sell your home I can't imagine a better pick. You know those teachers in school that wouldn't give anyone an A+ because no one is perfect? Even those guys would give it to Jessica.

Jessica was simply amazing from start to finish in helping me find the perfect condo in South Kihei, and I can't recommend her highly enough! As a first-time homebuyer and being new to the process, I had so many questions, and Jessica made the entire experience seamless, stress free and truly enjoyable. She took time to truly understand what I was looking for and the patience and dedication she showed in the process was unmatched. Although patient with me, Jessica's sense of urgency was on another level with communication, getting questions answered and documentation complete. Communication and access to information was extremely important to me and whether it was via text, email, phone or the Compass App (which I was blown away with), she had rapid response time whether it was early morning, late night, weekday or weekend which was so appreciated and allowed me to move quickly. Jessica knows the Maui Market inside and out and on top of that, she has great knowledge of each Condo Community and even veered me towards specific locations, buildings and units within the communities due to highway noise, wind directions, sun location etc. which was not initially on my radar. She also went above and beyond with referrals that were tailor made to my specific needs. The network she has with anything remotely related to real estate on Maui was a huge asset and made the whole process stress free from start to finish. Whether it was a lender, title company, inspector, plumber, electrician, locksmith or AC company, her experience and relationships saved me so much time and stress. Thanks to Jessica's expertise and support, I ended up with the perfect condo that well exceeded what I imagined was obtainable within my price range. Jessica Baker was an absolute pleasure to work with. We initially sat down with her to lay out our 3-4 year vision of acquiring property on the Westside. She treated us as though we were her top priority from day 1 even though it would likely be many years until we became clients. She asked great questions, listened intently, and advised us wisely on the specific areas of the Westside we should focus on.
